At The Crafty Shore ,each item is handmade with care , and we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery .To be eligible , items must be unused , unworn , and in their original condition .
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect .

Custom and Personalized Orders .
Custom-made and personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged , defective , or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged , defective , or incorrect , please contact us as soon as possible at dayana@thecraftyshore.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can help resolve it .

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return , we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

How to request a Return
Please email dayana@thecraftyshore.com with your order number before sending any item back .We will provide instructions.
